How to play
Type any seven-letter word and press Enter. Green tiles are correct and in the right spot, yellow tiles are in the word but in the wrong spot, and grey tiles are not in the word. Find the answer in six guesses.
Tips for long words
- Think in chunks. Seven-letter words are usually built from parts: prefixes like re-, con-, pro-, dis- and endings like -ing, -ion, -ent, -ure and -ary.
- Open wide. A first guess such as painter, recital or stencil tests seven common letters in one go.
- Lock in the skeleton. Once you have two or three green letters, write out the pattern (like _ A _ _ _ E R) and list words that fit before guessing.
- Use the keyboard colors. With so many letters, it is easy to reuse a grey letter by mistake.

Frequently asked questions
Is seven letters really harder?
Yes. You still have only six guesses, but there are more letters to place and more possible words. On the other hand, each guess reveals more information, so a good opening helps a lot.
Does it have a daily word?
Yes, a new seven-letter word every day with its own streak, plus an Unlimited tab for extra rounds.
What kind of words are the answers?
Common words you will know, such as “kitchen”, “weather” or “balance” — never plurals or obscure terms. Any real seven-letter word is accepted as a guess.
Does it work on small phones?
Yes. The tiles shrink to fit the screen, and the on-screen keyboard stays full size.
